Being a mom can be such a blessing but it can also be SO HARD!
Parenting in a world where we are expected to live up to the moms in Pinterest. Giving everything we have to our families until we are feeling exhausted and asking for nothing more than the appreciation we likely won't hear. Feeling so isolated and alone despite the fact that there are people needing us constantly. Feeling guilt and shame because we believe we will never be good enough. And constantly worrying about our children. It doesn't have to be this way... Whether you are seeking counseling during pregnancy, are postpartum ie you have already given birth, or have been a mom for years, we can work together to help you feel better.
Some common concerns addressed in counseling may include personal growth, anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, self esteem, irritability, overwhelm, mom guilt, feeling inadequate, low self esteem and relationship or marriage issues.
I offer therapeutic support groups for women, moms and expecting moms. This is an opportunity to get together with others to unite in this experience and support one another! You are not alone!

loss of self identity, developing a support system, communication, self care, interpersonal skills, coping with intrusive thoughts, anger, shame, anxiety, depression, coping with not feeling like a good enough mom, relaxation skills, stress, and much more!
